I got this error message trying to run an update query on a large table in Access 2003. The query updates an Access table to flag records which also exist in a SQL Server 2000 (MSDE) linked table. The database sits on a server - both C:\ on the desktop I was using and the drive where the database is has heaps of space (ie 20+Gbs). I have manipulated this table before - took a while but didn't give any errors.

Any ideas on how to stop this happening again? Where is the "temporary disk" that Access uses?
