Not enough Right to access Page

I just upgraded from 3.3.3sr4 to CM 4.0.1. When I try to access the administrator page I get a message indicating that I don't have enough rights to access the page. Any solution?

have you tried logging in with the username

Yes I have. I found the problem though. It was dbase issue. Thanks
