Not enough privelages!!

I have two G4's connected via and ethernet hub....Mac A can see Mac B but not the other way round...but when trying to connect Mac B to A I get 'User does not have enough privelages to connect' message...

HELP!!!!!!!

2 questions for you:

1. Do you have File Sharing turned on for both Macs?

2. If so, do you have both hard drives set up to be shared?
