Not enough memory

I have a problem using Office 2000 Pro. It is happening on all my machines and it is a network install.
When you select clipart in any office app the following error appears:-
There is not enough memory to complete the operation. To free memory close applications or restart windows.

You click OK 3 times and then the error goes away and you can happily insert cliparts till your heart is content.
We are using Win98SE clients which all have plenty of RAM and there are no other apps running.

Have you tried running Detect and Repair on the network install?
