I have a report, it's works on other servers, but I cant get it to run on the customers server I need it for. It crashes Crystal - says there's not enough memory. If I try to run it from our report interface (generator), it gives the error message "a database exception is caught".

And I don't have save data with a report. Thanks.

Dear 557855,

What version of Crystal?

I have seen this error before in version 6.0 of Crystal.

For some customers, no clue on the commonality, we had to place in the reports options/database options Owner Like and populate it with the owner of the tables on which we needed to report, example:

%_smdba_

I don't know if this is your issue, but it did solve the problem we had...
