not enough memory to update and open report

Hi all,

I'm getting the above error message when I try to open a report from a users computer. Any idea if this is something I can fix?

Confirm that the issues is isolated to the User's PC by attempting to use the application on another PC with similar configuration, including memory (RAM). I've seen exact same PCs behave differently based on what software was loaded and what was running in the background. Another option is to attempt to disable all programs and see if you can free up some memory. htwh,
