Not enough memory (Ram) when opening layered tiffs, when there is 1

Hi all,

All of a sudden photshop won't open any layered files and claims that i don't have enough memory. I've checked the preferences and can't seem to work out why it's doing this.

I would be very happy if someone could help me out, as i've got a lot of design work to do this week.

Have you checked your PC performance (memory usage)

Have you reset your PShop preferences

Have you tested for virus's
