Not enough memory on SCCS Full Client.

Does anyone know what is causing the not enough memory error in the Symposium Full Client?
I cannot seem to do any changes in the Full Client and keep getting a not enough memory and another error that says something to this effect...
The Instruction 0x5f889ec4 reference memory at 0x000000...could not be read...

Click on Ok to terminate the program.
Click on CANCEL to debug the problem.

I had this issue at my last job and cannot tell you what happened that fixed this problem.

Can anyone help me figure out how to fix this?

What version of SCCS and what is the OS are u running the client on?

WE are on 5.0 and the Client is 4.X/5.0. I had this with 4.2 at another job with the 4.2 Client.
