Not dialing out without #

We are configuring a SIP trunk for outward dialing.
Using short code 0N;/Dial/+61N/51:SBC3
ARS - 51 - ?/./Dial/Line Group 2

IPO dials out when pressed # after dialing.
Phone goes to idle state without dialing in 55-60 seconds if no # pressed.

(Its a solution with 2 PABXs, I didn't care about solution level short codes and other IPO short codes)
(Calls are rejected by the SIP provider but its under investigation)

Hope somebody can help me.

The ARS tables have the last word in terms of dialling, it think that the correct rule should be the following,:
0N/Dial/+61N/51:SBC3
ARS 51: N;/Dial/N/Line Group 2
ARS 51 Dial Delay Time: 1 sec
No needing to press # as the last digit dialled
