I have Notes 5 installed, and it's working fine, but when I attempt to install EasySync Pro, it does not detect that Notes is installed on the pc. The nnotes.dll file it refers to exists in the c:\notes directory. I've even attempted to copy it to the c:\windows\system32 folder. I've done a complete uninstall of Notes and re-installed it, but have had the same result.

Not too sure, but I had an install problem with EasySync on LN4.6. Try Lotus Support

Type in EasySync in the top search box and you'll see some articles (not sure if it's got what you want though)

If you're really stuck let me know and I'll see if I can remember how I solved it

Thanks for the info. I did actually try Lotus's support first and they had information that described the problem I'm having exactly, but none of their suggestions worked. I've even tried reverting to an earlier version of EasySync, and it will install, but it doesn't list any of the mail conduits in the HotSync Manager, so it still doesn't sync with the old version of EasySync.

Do you have Lotus Passport? If you do, you can telephone Lotus Technical Support, and get free help. Youll need to quote your passport number and awat you go (Lotus tell me you can get support on all Lotus products from your Passprt agreement). I had a problem with Declining Invitations which they solved for me.

If you don't, let me know, and I'll see if I can find out what I did to solve my problem.
