hi ,,

here is what i m trying to do ..

i m trying to use the filters in the PMX settings to see the PMX for dine in take away and delivery every one at a time ...

only dine is working .. when i try to see any other order mode it says no data in this report

i made sure that people press dine in for dine in and to go for to go and then checked again but still no data

any suggestions what could be missing ?

Go into the PMIX settings and there is a second tab "Filters".
Make sure all the revenue centers are selected.

they are all selected and all the POSs are selected too ..

wait a second.. PMIX by Order Mode?
That isn't an option as far as I know. How exactly are you trying to "see any other order mode"?
Also please post software version.

its 6.2.19 ... i m trying to know my PMX by order mode .. to go and dine in and delivery ... so i eneter the settings and there is a seconed tab called filters .. there i can choose out the order mode ..

Be sure in the report you have the filter set for sales categories or if using non sales categories select from the list.

I still don't understand. I am not anywhere where I can test this, but I'm pretty sure you are confusing "Order Mode" with "Revenue Center".
PMix by order mode is not a local report as far as I remember. You can get it on Enterprise, however.
I could be wrong, but someone else will need to chime in.

all the sales and non sales are selected ... on pos .. all are selected .. on reven center .. all is selected ... but dine in only the show numbers ..

Have you tried viewing the reports separately? Filter the Dine In Revenue Center first then filter the take away and check the output.

You may also want to check your order mode settings. Make sure the correct revenue center is assigned to the each order mode.

Hope this helps...!

those are "Revenue Centers", not order modes.
Unless you dedicate certain terminals for takeout orders only, and the others for dine in orders only, assign the terminals to each revenue center respectively, you cannot accomplish the desired report. At least as far as I know. There may some other "tricks" to get each order mode into a rev. center, but it's not normal practice and I can't think of any.

a possible work around to get the pmix by order mode but as RokStar pointed out, it is not a normal practice and it may affect some of your settings in the long run.

You can also try creating that report using crystal reports.

you mean that i need to assign a terminal for every revenue center or order mode .. to get that seperate report !!!

pinoytech ; i m not good at crystal mind ... can you suggest a simple program that i can make my own reports ?

Using canned reports, you cannot get a PMIX report by order mode.
You can only get PMIX separated by Rev. Center.

An order mode is things like: Dine-In, Take Away, Catering, Room Service, Delivery, etc..

A revenue center is typically used for things like: Bar, Restaurant, Kiosk, Drive-Thru, etc.

If you happen to use Terminal 1 for Take-Out, and Terminal 2 for Dine-in, you can assign each terminal to a revenue center and get the report you're asking for. But if you're using all terminals for all order modes, you cannot get a PMIX.

this is bad .. :(

radiant should fix this ..

It's not broken. If you want custom reports, you need to pay for it (or subscribe to enterprise) or do it yourself. They can not be expected to create every kind of report for every customer.
Besides, if it was truly "broken" the chances of getting Radiant to fix anything are slim to never. Unless of course a sales deal depends on it.

i know ... i actually post alot of question in this forum because they provide no support at all !!!!

RokStar is correct, P-Mix by Order Mode is not an option on the POS.
You can get that through Enterprise using Insight. Another option would be to go with a relational database and drop everything in to SQL.
