Ive put a second HDD in my machine, and I want to install windows 98 on it, it installs all fine, but I have a cable modem, and I want to use hte internet the 98 HDD also, so i install the drivers for the card, but the internet wont work, I look in control panel/system/ devices blah... to get to my NIC card, and in the driver bit of properties it says.

The NDIS.VXD, NTKERN.vxd device loaders for this device could not load device driver (code 2)

I am getting this same error. If anyone knows how to fix this please reply.

The card is installed, but the protocalls (TCP/IP) are not complete.
Go to Start > Run > and type in: inetwiz
Make a new connection, and have the Windows CD handy to complete the install. Cheers,
Jim
