Not authorized to use server

We have a user who for some reason now is not authorized to use our Notes server. We have done the usual, check allow/deny access groups, recreated user (with same name), restarted server, etc.

Has anybody any ideas ?

If you are running public key checking it could be that his public key is wrong. Do you do password checking ? If so his account could be locked out.
