Not authorised error message

[Middlesbrough]

On running a Business Objects document retrieved from the REPOSITORY the user gets the following message :

"You are not authorised to use this document (FRM0008)"

Can anyone help in resolving this as it is happening more and more...

Are you sure they are retrieving it. This error almost always means that they are trying to use an old document that no LONGER exists in the repository. Or they are using a document on someone else's computer that they are not allowed to see.

You may need to do a scan/repair/compact on your security domain. You may have some corruption which is messing up the security settings.
