Not associated with trusted SQL server connection

I know this has been posted, but I can't find anything to solve my problem.

I am getting the 'not associated with trusted sql server connection' problem. I created two applciations, one a windows form and one a web form. The windows form has no problems and retrieves the data properly. The web form getst the error.

I created the connections, data adapter, and dataset by dragging and dropping the same for each form.

Any ideas?

and you added the aspnet user to the security/logins of the database? and granted the permissions for that user to use the tables?.. you can also use impersonation as well if it still doesn't work.

Try adding this line to your database connection string:

trusted connection=yes
