My understanding is that all calendar messages need to stay in my mail data base to keep their associated entries on my calendar, so I can't archive them and keep the calendar as a record. I need to archive locallly pretty agressively because of server limits imposed on all users and would like to use archive settings to automate it somewhat. I can't see how to exclude calendar messages from the archiving, heck, I can't even get the preferences setting to not show them in All Documents to actually work!
