Not appear cleaning cartridge

Hi all,

Few days ago, the cleaning cartridge stored in our slot n8,
has become unreadable...I thought that was a problem of the cartridge but it wasn't..i have changed and the error is the same...

How can I setup or restart the configuration or change the cleaning cartridge to another slot?

I have tried, but I couldn't, are there any requirements for do it?
stop services...
remove db..
etc...
