I have a pc and a laptop i want to get online with both computers at the same time plus i want to use my phone line to make phone calls. I have an ISP earthlink acct. They say that i will pay extra for logging in the two coumputers at the same time. Can u pls give some websites if there is an equipment that i can buy to handle this problem?

thanks

in 98se use internet shareing and there a lot of good progams that can proxy.

thnks for your response but you are speaking chinese to me can u pls elaborate?

Earthlink is telling you that they keep track of who is logged in and that you will pay extra to log in twice.
Gunthnp is telling you that you can network the two computers together then use one of the computers as the master internet connection and then connect to the internet from the second one thru the connection on the first one.
The other part of the question is using the telephone. You would require DSL service, which allows phone access and data access at the same time.
Your requirements then become DSL, network , and proxy server. The DSL service is available from earthlink in certain areas. Ed Fair
