just installed a mics 7.0 and added a flash 2.2. everything working except if you use the voicemail transfer button f986 it ask for mailbox and then after dialing mailbox is displays not allow. can transfer to ext and it goes into voicemail but not thru vmtr. have ck feature codes. voicemail was defaulted and started again.............never ran into this. nothing in guide on this for trouble shooting

-Check you have 2 Intercom keys assigned to the phone/s
-Check Vmail is ON in F983/6
Ver 2.2 is kind of rare so do not know of known issues...does it say VML on the card?
Sounds like it would be corruption on the voice mail side so far, try another software card like 2.1.

If you checked all the above ideas, you could try an xftest on the mics and wipe all the codes to refresh them.
