I have a Magix r4 that has a calling group, auto login, group ring. Three phones will ring three will not.

They are in the group, dnd is turned off.

I have spent hours on this and can not figure this out, and never had this happen. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Do the phones ring when you call them directly?

You can print the non working extension using spm and post the results here

You must have 6021 assigned to a Generic or IntegrtdVMI Calling Group--otherwise I would not see a value in the "Group Calling Log In" field.

Two things:

1. Group Ring doesn't mix with either type of VMI Calling Group
2. Changing the Calling Group type (to or from AutoLogin/AutoLogout to some flavor of VMI or vise-versa) when members are already assigned to that group WILL screw things up.

Double-check the "type" assigned to Calling Group 6011 is not VMI. If that's the case, then simply remove and re-add the non-ringing extensions. You should be good to go.
