Not all DIDs is contactable on PRI line

Is anyone experience this?

We have a PRI line with 30 channels. And we have 13 DIDs setup in ICR.

For some reasons, 2 of the DIDs suddenly stops working. When I call the DID number the error message is "The number you have dialed is not valid". While it was working and has the same settings with the other DIDs that currently working.

I tried re-creating it with no joy.

Any idea guys?

 
Using monitor do you see the call hit the IPO?

@Pepp77 no it is not even landed in the monitor and system status.
 
That prompt is comming from the line provider, the call has not even reached the IP Office system. So unless something is causing the IP Office to take those channels out of service, the issue is most likely at the providers end.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
