I have a BCM400, when callers call in from the outside, via a backdoor number, after **, when you enter the mailbox and password, a call pilot recording says "this mailbox cannot be accessed from an outside location. please contact your administrator if you need assistance". All the other mailboxes work fine. There is no phone associated with this mailbox. Any ideas out there?
