Not able to use "Networkdays" expression

I can not use the function "networkdays" in a query. The result is "undefined function in expression." I did check and confirm that file Msowcf.dll is loaded. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Please note:

The function works in Excel, so I presume that it should work in Access if the file "Msowcf.dll" exists.

Not True. You need to actually instantiate (reference) the Excel Library to call it. Please decode "assume".
