Not able to see passowrd check field in person document

Hi
i'm not able to see the password check field in the person document of names.nsf database .I have to use it for password digest.
Please explain me what view and which document i have to get before doing this.

Its under the administration tab of the person document but can only be viewed when you edit the document and you have the correct access level to your names.nsf
