Not able to Register CS into security domain 1

When i am trying to register the CS into the primary security server ,i am getting the below error,


The Call Server was unable to request membership in the security domain. Synchronization with other elements aborted.

SEC098 This element has failed to request membership in the security domain

This error come when i enter the correct admin username and its password in LD 117.


Kindly suggest on this as per thread which i have referred is saying to re-install the SS but is there any other way except formating??
 
We just had a site with same issue and re-bboting UCM ussually fixes. However, it was not until we updated both Linux and PBX patches were we able to get it to join again.

I have rebooted the signaling server but my problem still persist.
 
Tried over ELAN ?
Tried to disable secure transfer OVL 117 ?
 
Tried using Elan and disabling the secure transfer OVL117.

But same issue persist.

One thing that i haven't done is not updated the latest patches for CS and SS.


 
Update the patches and regenerate the FTP Token in UCM
