Not able to receive mail in Outlook.

For some reason my email is not downloading in Outlook. It will send, though.

I've tried the self-test in Outlook, but it says it is able to connect to both my incoming and outgoing email servers.

Has any had this problem or does anyone know why this could be happening?

Had the same problem in Outlook 2003. Would send out but not receive. I ended up deleting the existing account, and then making a new one which worked fine. I was left to assume that the account details had somehow become corrupted.
