Not able to reach extension 1

After working on a KX-TD1232 for several days I am having a problem getting two (separate) extensions to ring from the autoattendant prompt (enter the extension #) - they go directly to the voice mailbox. I've programmed each extension using 710 5 165 - still no go.

check the mailbox set-up you may have it direct to MB. {all call to MB}
 
Thanks - I believe the handset setting of 710 5 165 sets calls to that extension to go to MB if busy/no answer.
 
No, it in your System 999 Admin MB who set-up the MB Ext. . "All calls tranfer to mailbox " yes or no

System Administration top menu >1>1>1>Mailbox No. >1

Thanks BTBZ, I managed to get the extensions functioning properly. I am running blind since the previous installer/programmer kinda ditched these clients. No documentation, manuals, templates - nothing. I have managed to track down these on my own. To say that things are a mess would be an understatement - never seen a wiring closet quite like this. I normally look after the computer network and used to be a Nortel system programmer - hence my involovement - so now I just might look at Panasonic systems.
