Not able to migrate documents using Content Move

We want to use content move to migrate information located on an External Share Folder (called EFS) Storage Provider to an IXOS Archive (Called DOCUMENTS) Enterprise Storage Provider. The Move job was configured (see attached screenshot) and the "Count" and "Simulate" activities were performed successfully, but when the job is started (to begin with the real migration of documents) it hangs immediately (no processor or disk activity is present on the system). After that we are not able to use the content move functions but any other functionality on the system works fine. To be able to work with content move tools again a service restart is needed.

I created a third Storage Provider called TEST (External Share type) and I was able to move files to DOCUMENTS successfully back and forth from both Storages Providers, even I tried to move from EFS to TEST it did not worked as well. If I try to move from TEST to EFS or from DOCUMENTS to EFS it works fine, the real problem is we are not able to move files out from EFS. The actual size of EFS is 78 Gb. I verified the folders properties and did not found any problem.

I am attaching log files with Debug level 11 and LEASP log file.
