Not able to manage NS-5XT from untrust side of VPN tunnel. 2

Hey,
I think it's related to the Permitted IP. If your inside the Firewall, and you don't specify and permitted IP's, I think it allows the "trusted" subnet to connect and auth. If you secified any permitted IP's, then ONLY they can connect and Auth to the WEBUI. I assume your using a NAT pool? If so, try adding the subnet of the NAT pool to your permitted IP list. I haven't tried that myself, but it may work.

You can also check that the WebUI is selected on the untrusted interface. By default I don't think it is.
If this VPN is connected to the internet you may not want to enable it. You can manage it on the trusted side through the VPN. More secure.
