I'm quite new in programming the Avaya system. I'm close to my ACA certification, but I have little or no experience in programming the system.
One of our customers has a 8700 in the States with remote G700's in LSP mode in Europe. They have over 20 phones in a call centre, all able to receive calls for the groups they belong to, all able of making internal calls... Just one phone, with the same COR and COS as all the other phones isn't able to make outgoing calls. When you enter the access code for an outgoing trunk (0), you immediatly receive fast busy tone.
Who knows where to look at?
