Nortel BCM 450 is working fine and suddenly getting "No free lines available" I checked for the alarm and below is the one I am getting.

Core Telephony - "Degraded Minute"short term alarm threshold has been exceeded on the DTM. The module is in a no-new-calls state.
Core Telephony - "Line Code Violation" short term alarm threshold has been exceeded on the DTM. The module is in a no-new-calls state.

Do I need to check with my carrier end or anything I need to check with the module?

We have only PRI connected to our BCM450.

Same system as the one you did not reply too in this thread?

I am really sorry at that time I worked with Airtel and they did some changes with the switch end. After that I didnt faced any issue.
Yesterday what happened was when the PRI goes down I get the amber led on the DTI card. At that time no free lines available error.
When the amber light goes off -users will be able to make calls and receive calls. Yes I am not powering off the entire system.
Just pulling the DTM module and putting it back. This what I am doing.

Still I am getting the same repetitive errors.

I have one spare DTI card from BCM400, Can I go for replacement? Any settings and configuration need to be check for changing this card?
Let me know the procedure for replacing the card.

Most if not, all BCM modules will have dip switch settings at the back and these need to be the same as the one that you are replacing. The golden rule should be that you power down the BCM first before replacing the module, but having said that I have had cases where I had to hot swap a module to fix a fault.

I have disabled the card and set the same switch settings of the old card, then replaced. Still I am having the issue. Also I am checking with service provider Airtel locally.

I didnt switch any patch chord. I did card replacement on Friday. Where and what to check for the patch chord?
-BCU

Though I replaced the card, still I have issue in PRI. I am getting "NO Free lines" error frequestly.
And every time I am resetting the DTIM Module.Anything needs to be check or issue with the card?

Just throwing this out there...

I have, in the past, run across an issue where a module was a little "sloppy" in the slot and just by touching it, the module would go out of service.
May not be your issue but something to look at. See if you have green lights on your PRI module and then wiggle it and see if the light goes amber.

Just a thought.

Did you ever try replacing the patch cord as suggested above?

And to follow up with jaxuser above, I haven't personally had a "sloppy" card however I have had a "sloppy" jack on the front of a dti card. But the fact that you swapped out the card most likely would have eliminated that issue.

Yes, I matched the dip switch settings with the old one. I dont have sloppy jack and the DTM module perfectly fits to the slot.
Whenever the issue comes I see the amber light on the receive error. After either I pull the PRI cable or entire module out from the jack, the amber light goes off. Then the users are able to make calls successfully. This is happening 30 minutes interval of time.

You never did answer this:
What was the Alarm ID numbers?
Ok try changing the Clock Source to External Primary perhaps then check alarms again if issues still.

Add Event ID numbers too.

I would request a vendor meet. Could be the card in the Smart Jack at Dmark. Had one that some how the wires go swapped.

I am getting the alarm 328 and 323 continuously. I have changed the clock source to primary external. Still I am having issues. Getting amber light on the receive LED(Top) Either I have to pull the PRI cables or entire DTI module from the system to restore it. Then it will work for 30 minutes after that getting the same issue. Done testing with the airtel vendor using the PRI meter and he showed no errors on the E1.
