Not able to Log in

Hi,

I am connected to the remote PC via VNC and from their i m trying to log into the Meridian Switch at customer site
through Hyperterminal but i am not able to get it.
Its showing me following message:-

OVL111 IDLE 0

What i can do to resolve this problem?

Kindly help me.

The ovl111 is a normal indication when connected to the PBX. Is the hyperterm using a direct connect to the PBX using the com port on the PC? If so you should be able to type and log in to the switch. If you have a problem between the PC you are connecting to and the PBX, it will have to be fixed locally. Other wise there is no reason you cannot connect to the PBX and log in.
 
post is right, that is the code to let you know your connected but not logged in, you should see it with every return.. doesn't look like a switch problem
