not able to log in using puttyg

Dear all,

any one faced below mentioned issue in nortel CS1000 with UCM

"having issues logging onto call server using putty, but i am able to login on to CS1K using same credentials".

please give me solution with steps.

I don't understand the question. The Call Server is the CS1K. What exactly doesn't work?

we are not able to call server, but if we use same credential with web browser it working fine.

By web browser do you mean UCM? If you want to putty to the call server you will need pty's built. There is no web interface to the CS1K but there is a web interface to UCM but that is not the call server.
