Customer has a M2000 aka Octel 100. When she went to change the time, the screen only displayed a temporary menu screen and not the normal status screen. We were able to get the status screen back, but her complaint was that there use to be an icon she could click on to change the time. Is there someway to get that icon back? We were able to get to the C: prompt by hittin Ctrl Esc. Appreciate any help we can get. Thanks.
