NOT ABLE TO GET PROGRAM MENU AT STA 10

Came into office a when I press menu on my 4424ld+ I only get this Directory, messages, oposted messages , alarm clock and Timer..... What happened to system program or maint programming ?

HELP HELP I CANT FIND THE STATION FOR PROGRAMMING AND HOW WOULD IT GET CHANGED FROM 10 TO ??? I AM THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS TOUCHED THE UNIT HELP THANKS

spm can be any of the first 4 ports ,if someone has change port assignment look at 11, 12 & 13

First FIVE ports for the system programming phone. You must have accidentally changed it when you were doing other programming. Now you have to connect the 4424LD+ telephone to the first five ports, one by one, until you find the one that allows you into programming, and then change it back to the 1st port.

You can only program from an MLX 20. It has a large LCD screen w/fixed programming buttons adjacent to the screen. It maybe in the phoneroom in a box.

A trick I did for one client who wanted "control & security" was to set port 3 as the PROGRAMMING Port (his extension), but only installed a 10-Button set there when I was finished with the programming. The Operator got the MLX-20. So unless you knew the trick, you couldn't program the system without your laptop.
