can any body help in this

Hi,
Please explain further:

How are you trying to run from the web?

There is no such thing as an ODBC for Windows , so what driver do you mean?

What error?

Never heard of ODBC for Windows, I think that you're confusing terms here. And you should understand that the ODBC driver for Oracle supplied by Oracle should never be used, you need to use the Oracle ODBC driver supplied by Crystal.

I suggest that you switch your reports to use the Oracle native connectivity (shown as Oracle Server), then you won't suffer the slower response of ODBC, and won't need to set up the same ODBC connection on your report server, which may be your only problem here.

Hi,
You need to set the Database login info for that report in the CMC and be sure to uncheck the 'prompt user for Login' option..

I wasn't saying that you can't use the Oracle supplied ODBC driver, I'm stating that it might occasionally return bad data.

Turk covered the method for setting the database within CE, and you also need the same ODBC setup on the server.

Note that if you have parmaeters, you need to set those as well and make sure you clikc update, many people miss that.
