I was using WS_FTP LE to upload files to my website hosted at xyz. The web host put a spam filter on my site, and since then I have been unable to upload. At my request he removed the filter, but I am still unable to connect. I tried using another ftp program (CoffeeCup), but that did not do it. Error: 500 ESocketException: Error 10050 in function connect. Network is down. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Maybe you installed (or are behind) a firewall that have closed port 21?
What is the error?
Try it from the prompt:
Run->ftp (hit ENTER) and type this
[tt]open xyz.com[/tt] (if that's the ftp serner name)
It should then ask for your login and password...

If you have no firewall blocking the port, then the problem is likely with your web host. Tell them you still cannot ftp, and you have tried multiple ftp clients.
