Some user are not able to dial out on if the try the bridged call-appr line (gets a fast busy).. but only if that bridged extension has been x-ported. If they use their call-appr line they have no problem. Help please.... thanks

we are on version 3.1.13

ch sys feature. Page 3, default COR for PSA dissassociated sets. Make sure there is nothing defined so it will follow the station's COR (i.e. leave it blank)

-CL

checked it & its blank... any where else I should check??

If that bridged call-appr is in use (busy) by some one else at the time it will wave you off. Try making your appearance off the second button or call appearance of that number.

"You don't stop playing because you get old. You get old because you stopped playing."

okay
we bridged all 3 buttons on my phone, I can see no one is on the line. If I try to dial out I get the canned recording " pls check your number, it is not assigned in this area code". and when we check the trunk group its going out on TN 2 or 3, it should be going out on TN 1,
TN 2 & 3 are in a different area code then TN 1 ( main switch)

we did do the trace and that is how we found out it was going out on TN2 or TN3, instead of the correct TN #1.

Can you think of anything else???? thanks

Is the COR the same as the station that can call out??

"You don't stop playing because you get old. You get old because you stopped playing."

usually, but not always - so this is not a factor... more idea's please.. thanks
