Hi

you need to post

OPCTP:CORG=ALL;
OPCGP:CORG=ALL:
OPDDP:DIR=ALL;

Your operator programming maybe needs to be setup to receive calls across the link

HI Parnum
thanks for your reply
here the config, i am not sure which option in Rodai or rocai need to be done to dial operator number through Qsig

<OPCTP:CORG=ALL;
OPERATOR CALL TYPE DATA

Try

OPCTS:CORG=2,CALT=6,ROU=71,OACC=99;

You haven't assigned the operator number 99 to the route 71, if the link is a tie-line, if it fails try CALT=7

Thanks Parnum

i tried to add this line, but it only allow me only OACC =6000 with the tie line calt=6, as 6000 configured as

OPERATOR COMMON NUMBER SERIES 99
OPERATOR COM. DID. NUM. SERIES 6000

<OPCTS:CORG=2,CALT=7,ROU=71,OACC=99;
NOT ACCEPTED
OACC
NOT IN RANGE
<OPCTS:CORG=2,CALT=6,ROU=71,OACC=99;
NOT ACCEPTED
OACC
NOT IN RANGE

i can dial 6000 going to reception number, it doesnt work when ext overflow to 99 .

as i can see in Alex it is saying
"For the call types rerouted, diverted and internal calls (CALT = 1, 2 and 3) a common PABX operator number is used in parameter OACC. For calls from an automatic (tie line) and a direct indialling circuit (CALT = 6 and 7) a direct indialling number to the PABX operator is used in parameter OACC"

any idea ?

Hi

So then on the Cisco try to dial 99 but translate to send 6000 to the MX-One. 99 is not in the operator number range for external calls, the MX-One only sees 99 as an internal operator number. The Cisco is not internal.

Thanks mate. for your kind help, but as i said when Mxone ext forwarded to reception nubmer 99. so when dialing the ext of Mxone from cisco phone it never reach to reception . is there anything we can do for this overflow call to reception.

i don't know what you are asking -

you want to dial the operator from Cisco? so you need to send 6000 from Cisco.
you want to dial an extension on the mxone from Cisco which is call-forwarded to the operator? Have you put a profile on the extension to dial 99?

Please explain what you are trying to do

sorry for the confusion

what i am trying to say is . i can dial Mxone operator number 6000 from cisco phone now which is great.
but when some exts in mxone diverted to 99 operator number,
for example ext 1200 divert to operator number 99 (pelpi:dir=1200,cho=1,time=10,anspos=99) in this situation i am not able to dial ext 1200 from cisco phone. as it is diverted to 99.
yes i put the profile for the ext 1200 as above and not able to dial from cisco phone . the only way it is working via follow me (*21*99#) from ext 1200.

is there anyway we could fix this.
thanks mate

Hi,
have you tried following setting :

NANSI:NUMSE=99,NUMTYP=OD;
OPCTS:CORG=2,CALT=6,ROU=71,OACC=99;
OPCGS:CORG=..,DIR=..,CHO=1;

regards,
Norbert
