Not able to connect to users mailbox after disabling account 1

A couple of people got laid off so I had to diasable their accounts on ADS. A week or so later, I enabled their account to try and archive their email but I received a "Unable to open your default email folders. The attempt to log on to the MS Ex server computer failed." error. Any suggestions?

Why don't you try giving another user account "Full Mailbox Access" and see if you can open it under those credentials.

Look in your application log,and you'll see a 9548 logged for that mailbox. To get things working again, you need to add the entity "SELF" to the permissions of the disabled mailbox with "Associated External Account" checked.
