Hi, tech guys need your help on this,
i am not able to close any check with 12.3 with item 6000 and 6001. an error appear on our 12.3 LAB: special check can only be closed on POS terminal.
we are sure that all the configuration are correct and all check can be closed correctly but when we use this special item (6000 and 6001) we can't close this specific check until we void those items.

any help much appreciated

these are specific item as regular and admin not able to cancel check contains this item using pos 12.3

I believe you are referring to Aloha 12.3. When would you use these items. It may be they are not in a correct sales or General Category. Where would you use an item called Admin? if you dont need them. Delete them. If you do need those items, try recreating using different number and change on submenu or modifier group where you use 6000 or 6001.
