Not able to call internal phone NOW

I have a ACD CCWX and I have several phones that are not able to call internally. They can call LD, local and internal and they can receive local and LD but the internal.

What is the deal?

What happens when you call them? do you get a DND or busy signal? what do you have in command 200>1st digitit of station number?
what changed recently?
what are they in command e600>station number?

You are using two digits.
check 200>60~69>???
i.e. 200>60>804 etc.

Normally 60 is A163 to toggle calls from voice to tone i.e. when you ring a station, do you go directly to the speaker or to you ring the phone? (i.o.w. tone or voice).

The ACD 6201 is setup to go directly to speaker.
But I am talking about 6101.

what is the dterm number 6101 or 6201. voice call is per dterm not extension. dial 6101 + 1

Under station assignment for 6101 it had 6201 for the primary number which is an ACD line.
I had the tech look at it.

Most ACD lines are set to call supress in 171 if this is the case its there for a reason.

If user dials out on PBX line does it work?
