Not able to call from BCM to Norstar.voip trunk disconnects

Guys,

Major problem and not getting anywhere with Nortel 1st level support. BCM and Norstar connected using VOIP trunking. When there is a call between BCM and MICS it gets disconnected in every 10 minutes. Any ideas are better than the ones coming from Nortels 1st level.

Had a similar problem with vopi trunks disconnecting at 2 minutes exactly, turns out it was a firewall issue. Talk to your lan/wan support.
