It sounds like your TSM server is not started, or your server is not communicating with the outside world. Are you accessing the TSM server locally or from a remote workstation?
Server is being accessed remotely looks as though the clients are timing out when trying to connect to the server. Checked the server and TSM is serv is running.
Is TSM running any processes. I had a situation where TSM was trying to do a space reclemation and for some reason hung up the service. I ended the processes and halted the TSM service, then brought it back up.
Have there been any network changes in your environment?
Can you ping the IP of the Server where TSM is located?
