Not able to access the host programs

Hi,
This is the first time I use PCAnywhere. I just finished completing the instalation of pcanywhere on my 2 computers. I made one host and one remote. I am able to see the host program in the remote but I can't access any of the programs...When I click on a program to try to open it nothing happens. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong.

I am not sure the issue. Have you start the host to wait for access?
