Not able to access published applications

We are setting up a new remote group of Sunray ICA clients. Setting up the CITRIX Client, I can access the CITRIX server login page when I set the properties to server, but when I try to set up the published applications, it times out. A dump on the firewall shows an error message of 'session not unique' when trying to make this connection.

Does anyone have any ideas or some guidance on what to look for.
