I created a photoshop file yesterday and today I tried to edit the type and it's no longer editable. I can move it around but it's like an image now instead of type. Before I opened it a warning box popped up and said something along the lines of "there were problems with your copy....it is not a valid text layer" - does anyone know what I did wrong? Any help would be appreciated...thanks.

Did you save it as something other than a .psd?
If so, you may have these issues.
I also assume your fonts are loaded into your font manager.

Yes I am using 7.0 and read somewhere in my search that that version had a font glitch, so I downloaded Repair Type Layer and it worked! You just drag your corrupted files onto the icon and voila! Thanks for your help.
