NOT A VALID MAILBOX

ALL,
EVERYTHING I BELEIVE IS SET UP CORRECTLY ON THIS STATION,THEREFORE I BUILT A MAILBOX FOR EXT 62412 IN MM,HOWEVER WHEN I CALL THE NUMBER TO TEST THE MM IS STATING THIS IS NOT A VALID MAILBOX.I HAVE ADDED AND DELETED IT 3 TIMES AND STILL NO LUCK.PLEASE HELP I NEED FOR THIS STATION TO HAVE VOICE MAIL.

YES THERE ARE SEVERAL MAIL BOXES WORKING FINE,I WAS WONDERING IS THERE SOM SORT OF DIAL PLAN ASSOCIATED WITH MM?

yes there is you tell the system what range of mb numbers it will have xxxx to xxxx it may be out of the range

you probably need to rebuild the FEDB, especially if you have added and deleted the mailbox several times. On our large systems (4000+ mailboxes), we have to rebuild the FEDB once a month. Smaller systems (~1000 mailboxes), it is once every two to three months.
