Five BCM 450's networked together. They look to be programmed all alike. All users pretty much cookie cutter across all BCM platforms. Routing, everything in place for years. All is well... Currently a DN on BCM #2 can "fwd all" to a DN at BCM #1 ok. Trying to set a DN in BCM #1 to "fwd all" to a DN on BCM #2 and getting "2491 is not a valid fwd all" error. I cannot find the problem. Can anyone help please? Where should I look? Going cross-eyed doing a stare and compare. I searched these great tek-tip posts but could not find anything similar.
Thanks in advance!

Can an internal call be placed from BCM #1 to extension 2491?

Does call forward no answer work with 2491 as the destination?

How about call forward busy?

Can a forward all be set to a different extension than 2491 on BCM #2?

Yes to all your great questions. Everything else works and everything has been in place for years. Why can BCM #1 use a DN from BCM #2 as fwd all but not vice-versa?

Mystery solved. It is always the little things huh? Allow redirect was not turned on - on the set. Wow... [bigsmile]
