Hi,

I have local settings of UK and therefore when I select Currency (in the format section in design view of the table), Access only gives me the options of £ or Euro, but I need my data to appear with a $. I have tried using the input mask but this does not appear to be doing anything at all (although I am probably using it incorrectly!!).

Can anyone tell me a way to format the view in tables to appear with a $, without my change my settings in the control panel. Is it via the input mask?

Thanks
Victoria

Try placing:

$#

in the format property of the field....
